“Golden,” a song from the Netflix global hit “KPop Demon Hunters,” has reached the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Billboard said Monday in a preview of its upcoming main singles chart that “Golden,” performed by the fictional K-pop girl group HUNTR/X in the animated film, climbed one spot from the previous week and landed at No. 1, beating Alex Warren’s “Ordinary.”

Billboard said “Golden” is the ninth song associated with K-pop to conquer the Hot 100 and the first by female lead vocalists.

The Hot 100 ranks the most popular songs in the United States across all genres, based on streaming, radio airplay and sales data.

Until now, boy group BTS and its members Jimin and Jung Kook were the only K-pop acts to have topped the chart.
