When i am alone at night, I turn on music or television so i don't feel scared. Something else i would do is slepping with the lamp on, or going to sleep with my sister. Feeling scared, not always with ghost or relateed to it, but sometimes fear of people too. The Kpop MV would fit with his theme would be 'fan' from Epik High. Yes, obsessive feeling is dangerous. Admiring becoming stalking, i am really scared of it.
