S. Korea Ranks Third in Global Hacking Competition

A team of South Korean security researchers has finished third in a global hacking competition in the U.S.

Security firm Raon Secure said Tuesday its researchers took third at the 21st DEFCON hacking competition held in Las Vegas last weekend.  

A total of 20 teams, including three South Korean teams, participated in the prestigious hacking competition.

Two American teams won first and second.
