South Korea won its first medal in the Winter Asian Games Sunday. Baek Eun-bi took the silver in the women's 3,000-meter race on the second day of the games being held in Aomori, Japan. Baek of Chuncheon City Hall completed the race in a total of four minutes and 31.41 seconds to finish second behind Maki Tabata of Japan.
