Gov't Analyzing Cyber Attack Codes from 67 Victims

The Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning says 67 agencies have fallen victim to cyber attacks that started on June 25th.

The ministry on Thursday released its damage report, while introducing pan-governmental measures against future cyber attacks.

The ministry explained that 84 percent of the total damage has been recovered and it is analyzing some 30 malicious codes used in the latest cyber attacks. The ministry will reveal more details as soon as the results of the analysis come out.

With the newly-drafted comprehensive measures against cyber terrorism, the government aims to boost cyber security by building a prompt response system and cooperative networks among related agencies.
