Warm, Dry Weather Predicted for Mid-May

The nation is expected to have warm spring weather from mid-May.

The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted on Friday that the nation will have sunny and warm days in the middle of this month with low precipitation.

In the last ten days of May, temperatures and precipitation are forecast to be similar to the levels posted in previous years, while southern regions are predicted to have heavy rains.

The nation’s weather last month was chilly with the average temperature in April being one-point-nine degrees Celsius lower than previous years.

For the extended forecast, the weather agency predicts that the temperatures will fluctuate in the first ten days of next month.
