Naro Space Rocket Rolled Out to Launch Pad

South Korea’s Naro space rocket has been moved to its launch pad and is now in place for lift off.

The Korea Aerospace Research Institute said that the transport and installation of the rocket had started in the morning and was completed at 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday.

Inspection and checkup activities on the fuel injection equipment of the first stage of the space rocket and electric system will continue into Wednesday night .

A joint flight test committee of South Korea and Russia will hold a meeting on Thursday to decide on whether to proceed with the launch on Friday as scheduled. A final rehearsal is also scheduled for Thursday.
