Lee Hyung-taik has won his first ATP title with an upset win Saturday over world No. 4 Juan Carlos Ferrero of Spain. The 27-year-old Lee saved a match point in the third against the second-seeded Ferrero before clinching the Adidas International Tournament. Meanwhile, President Kim Dae-jung sent a congratulatory message Saturday to Lee Hyung-taik. In the message President Kim congratulated Lee on winning the ATP title, which he said has boosted the national image abroad.
