South Korea's Bidding Committee for the 2010 Winter Olympiad Friday submitted to the International Olympic Committee a bid to host the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Choi Seung-hoh, Secretary General of the Bidding Committee for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, presented the master plan to the IOC headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland to become the third candidate after Canada's Vancouver and Austria's Salzburg. South Korea will be the second Asian nation to host the Winter Olympiad, after Japan with Sapporo and Nagano, if Pyeongchang wins hosting rights for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
