Ki Sung-yueng Departs S. Korea to Finalize Transfer to Swansea City

South Korean soccer player Ki Sung-yueng has left Korea for London on Thursday to wrap up negotiations with the English Premier League club Swansea City.

Swansea City Chairman Huw Jenkins said in an interview with Scotland’s STV that Ki agreed in principle to join the team, adding that the athlete will visit Wales in 48 hours for a medical test and to sign the contract.

Ki’s annual income is to be determined after the fine-tuning of contract details with Swansea City.
