South Korea won bronze in men's badminton doubles at the London Olympics on Sunday.
The badminton duo of Lee Yong-dae and Chung Jae-sung took third after beating Malaysia 2-0 at Wembley Arena.
Weightlifter Jang Mi-ran was aiming for her third straight Olympic medal but finished fourth in the women's heaviest over-75-kilogram class. She lifted a total 289 kilograms in the snatch and clean and jerk combined.
In women's handball, South Korea had already earned a spot in the round of eight but still went on to beat Sweden in its final group match 32-28.
In women's volleyball, Korea lost to China 3-2 but won a point and finished third in the group after the U.S. and China, successfully advancing to the round of eight competition.
In the overall medal tally, South Korea ranks fourth with ten gold, four silver and six bronze medals.
Meanwhile, in track and field, in the men's one hundred meters, Jamaica's Usain Bolt won with an Olympic record of nine-point-63 seconds to pick up his second gold in the event following the Beijing games.
