A pro-North Korean newspaper published in Japan says North Korea has finalized a list of 56 athletes who will compete in eleven events at the London Olympics.

The Choson Sinbo newspaper published by the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan reported Tuesday that 56 North Koreans will compete in London with the last-minute addition of one male diver, one female boxer and four more players on the nation's women's soccer team.

The eleven events also include weight lifting, wrestling, judo, synchronized swimming and table tennis.
