S.Korea to Review Launch Plan for 'Naro'

South Korea will begin reviewing a plan for its third launch attempt of the nation’s first space rocket, Naro.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology said a panel of aerospace experts and researchers will hold a meeting on Friday to review the plan submitted by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute.

The panel will write a comprehensive review after scrutinizing the purpose and safety of the rocket.

South Korea plans to attempt the third launch of Naro in October following failures in 2009 and 2010.
