The Korea Football Association (KFA) said Wednesday Korea and Japan will receive fair play awards from FIFA for their successful co-hosting of the 2002 World Cup finals. A KFA official said the world's governing body for soccer on Tuesday notified the two nations' football associations of its decision to give the award. The official said a ceremony will be held in Madrid, Spain on Dec. 17th and added that the KFA is currently examining some 10 foreign candidates for the head coach of the national soccer team.
