The inaugural Winter Youth Olympic Games held in Innsbruck, Austria wrapped up ten days of competition on Sunday.

Some one thousand athletes from 70 countries competed in the games.

Team South Korea won six gold medals, three silver and two bronze to finish fourth in the unofficial medal tally.
