Korean National Soccer Team Training for Olympic Games

Korea’s national soccer team has taken its first step towards the 2012 London Olympic Games by kicking off the new year with a joint training session.

Although it was a light training session, the team members practiced with a determination to land them in the finals. Team Korea currently leads Group A with two wins and a tie, but it cannot afford to be complacent.

The national team will polish its skills by training hard in Okinawa and raise its spirits by competing in Thailand
s King’s Cup.

Team Korea has two matches in Group A play next month in the Middle East. It’s aiming to make the Olympic finals for the seventh consecutive time and hopefully earn its first medal.
