Soccer Team Coach Accepts the KFA's Dismissal

Former national soccer team head coach Cho Kwang-rae says he humbly accepts the Korea Football Association’s decision to dismiss him.

Cho, who was abruptly fired by the association on Thursday, held a news conference on Friday along with other coaches. The former head coach said that he felt sad about the management's decision, but he has done his best for the nation’s development of the game of soccer.

Cho added that although there were some problems in the manner he was let go, but he will continue his efforts to help with the Korea’s development of the game.

He also hoped the current coaches will remain with the team and help the nation advance to the main round of the 2014 World Cup.
