Nation's Temp, Rain Levels Increase

The nation’s temperatures have increased by an average of 12-and-a-half degrees Celsius over the past three decades while the average annual level of precipitation has risen to roughly one thousand-307 millimeters.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said on Thursday that the figures measure increases over the past 30 years from 1981 to 2010.

However, the nation's temperatures rose by two tenths of one degree Celcius and the precipitation increased by 43-point-three millimeters from the period from 1971 and 2000.

The weather agency said that the nation had more rainy summers and warmer winters over the past ten years due to climate change.
