Rhythmic Gymnast Son Yeon-jae to Compete in London Olympics

South Korean rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae has secured her spot at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Son scored 107-point-750 points and finished 11th among 24 competitors at the World Championships in the French city of Montpellier, which ended on Saturday.

She has become the second South Korean rhythmic gymnast to compete in the Olympics. Spots to compete in the London Olympic Games were awarded to the top 15 gymnasts.
