Swimmer Park Wins 200m Title at Santa Clara Int'l Grand Prix

South Korean swimmer Park Tae-hwan has won the men's 200-meter free title at the Santa Clara International Grand Prix in in the U.S. state of California.

Park finished in the men’s 200-meter freestyle final on Sunday with a time of one minute and 45-point-92 seconds.

Accordingly, he secured three gold medals in the men’s 100-, 200- and 400-meter freestyle events in the competition. Yet, Park did not compete in the men’s 50-meter event as previously planned.

Park is set to compete in the 14th FINA World Championships next month in Shanghai.
