On Day Fifth of the Asian Games, South Korea added five more gold medals. In women's team foil final Thursday, South Korea downed China 45-to-32 to nab the gold medal. The four-member fencing squad out-fenced the Chinese with good overall scores and the ability to make touches at critical moments. The bronze medal went to the Japanese team. In 66 kilogram Greco Roman wrestling, Kim In-sub clinched the gold medal by beating Daniar Kobonov of Kazakhstan 3-to-1. Kim scored three points in the second bout following a passive given to the Kazakh, who had taken the lead with a single technical point earlier in the match. The gold medal is Korea's first in the wrestling competition in the Busan Asiad. South Korea added two more gold medals in both men's and women's softball tennis team finals by defeating Chinese Taipei and Japan by the score of 3-to-zero each. Thursday's fifth and last gold medal was won by women's bowling singles. Kim Soo-kyung edged out Japan's Miyuki Kubotani by 28 points. In men's individual all-round gymnastics competition, South Korea's Kim Dong-hwa brought home a silver medal ... his country's first Asiad medal in that event in 28 years. The gold medal went to Yang Wei of China. South Korea trails China and Japan at third place with 15 gold, 17 silver and 27 bronze medals in the total medal tally.
