630 Events to Mark Month of Science in April

The government will hold about 630 events across the country in April to mark the Month of Science.

The Education, Science and Technology Ministry said on Thursday that the month-long nationwide science festival will begin on Friday, April 1st, with an astronomical program for children on Jeju Island.

National science museums in Seoul and Gwacheon will hold various events, including a science quiz show and a ventriloquial puppet show on April 23rd and the 24th.

The National Science Museum in Daejeon has prepared various chemistry programs to mark the International Year of Chemistry as declared by the United Nations.
