The final roster for the South Korean soccer team that will play in the Asian Cup tournament has been announced.

Coach Cho Kwang-rae announced in Seoul on Friday the 23 members that will compete in next month’s tournament that spans from the seventh to the 29th.

In addition numerous up-and-comers, the lineup features mainstays Park Ji-sung of the Manchester United and Lee Chung-yong of the Bolton Wanderers. Others on the roster include Gu Ja-cheol, Yun Bitgaram and Kim Bo-gyeong.

Despite making seven consecutive FIFA World Cup tournaments, South Korea hasn't fared well at Asian Cups. Since the 1960 championship, South Korea has finished second three times and third three times.
