Swimmer Park Tae-hwan Wins Gold in 400M Freestyle

Swimmer Park Tae-hwan has won a gold medal in the men's 400-meter freestyle with the time of three minutes and 41.53 seconds. This was his second gold after winning the 200-meter freestyle on Sunday.

In cycling, the team of Jang Sun-jae, Cho Ho-sung, Hwang In-hyeok and Park Sun-ho beat Hong Kong to defend their title in the four-kilometer men's team pursuit.

In bowling, Hwang Sun-ok scored 1,395 points to win a gold in the women's singles event.

In gymnastics, Kim Soo-myun added a gold in the men's individual floor event. Kim tied with Chinese Zhang Chenglong to share the gold.

Judoka Kim Na-young won a silver in the women's open category.

In women's swimming, the South Korean team won a bronze medal in the 800-meter freestyle relay event.

In women's soccer, the national team defeated Jordan 5-0.

South Korea is currently ranked second with 22 gold, 17 silver and 27 bronze medals.
