The city of Incheon says 50 sporting venues in the coastal city will be used for the Asian Games in 2014.

The city government said it will increase from 40 to 50 the number of existing facilities that will be used for the Games.

The city government says its plans for facility use for the Games will by approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the first half of next year.
