Yang Clinches Dramatic Win at Korea Open

Yang Yong-eun has scored a come from behind win after closing with a five-under-par 66 for a surprise two-stroke victory at the Korea Open in Cheonan.

Yang pulled out the victory at the Woo Jeong Hills Country Club by putting up an eagle, six birdies and three bogies in the final round.

The 38-year-old won the 300 million won (260-thousand U.S. dollar) first prize after finishing with a four-under total of 280, two ahead of Choi Ho-sung and 20-year-old Kim Bi-o.

Nineteen-year-old Noh Seung-yul, who was in the lead after the third round, finished in fourth place.

Yang became Asia's first major men's golf champion after winning last year's PGA Championship.
