Choo Shin-soo of the Cleveland Indians hit his 17th, 18th and 19th homers of the season during a game on Friday evening, local time.

It's the first time he has scored three home runs in a single game since he debuted in the Major League in 2005.

His first home run of the game came in the fourth inning. Choo hit a grand slam in the sixth inning and blasted another home run in the eighth inning.

As a result, he accumulated seven RBIs and is on the brink of hitting 20 homers and stealing 20 bases for the second straight year.

Choo's three homers led his team to a 11-4 victory over the Kansas City Royals.
