South Korea has advanced to the semifinals in the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.

The team beat Nigeria six-to-five in extra time in a match held in Trinidad and Tobago on Thursday. Four of the six goals were netted by Yeo Min-ji. Yeo became the first South Korean athlete to score four goals in a single game organized by FIFA.

South Korea will play against the winner of a match between Spain and Brazil on Wednesday.
