Michelle Wie has won the CN Canadian Women's Open for her first win this season and her second career victory on the LPGA Tour.

Wie shot a 2-under 70 on Sunday to finish at 12 under for the tournament held at St. Charles Country Club in Winnipeg.

South Korea's Shin Ji-yai shot a 1-over 73 and tied for second with three others, including fellow South Korean Lee Jee-young.

Wie was tied with Shin for the lead entering the final round.

With the win, Wie earned prize money of 337-thousand-500 dollars.

The Korean American’s first LPGA victory was at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational last November.
