New RDA Technology Produces Cognition-Boosting Milk

The Rural Development Administration has created the technology to produce milk that helps boost memory and concentration.

The administration said the technology ensures more efficient absorption of a nutrient called “choline” in special cow feed.

As a result, cows raised on this feed produce milk that contains one-point-five times more choline than ordinary milk.

Laboratory testing on mice shows that the choline-reinforced milk helps boost cognition.

Choline is an essential nutrient that is usually grouped within the B-complex vitamins, which help the brain enhance memory and concentration.

The nutrient is used to prevent and treat Alzheimer's disease.
