More Rainy Days Expected This Summer

This summer is expected to see more rainy days than in previous years.

The Korea Meteorological Administration forecast Monday that the nation will see frequent rain from the end of next month into July and that August will see more rain than in years past.

Similar to other years, the nation is expected to be hit by two or three typhoons this summer, most likely in June or August.

The weather agency said that overall temperatures for this summer will be similar to previous years, but that greater fluctuations in temperatures are expected.
