The 23-year-old South Korean defeated American Angela Stanford 3 and 1 after advancing to the final by beating top-seeded Shin Ji-yai in the semifinals. Shin finished third in the tournament.
Yoo made her LPGA debut in 2006 after winning the LPGA's Duramed FUTURES developmental tour in 2005.
