The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology says that scientists are currently assembling fairings that will cover a satellite the “Naro-One” rocket will carry into orbit.

The ministry said that the assembly of the upper part of the rocket and the satellite was completed last week and that the rocket will be fully assembled by the end of this month.

The ministry said that performance assessments on all facilities related to the launch of the rocket are being made at Naro Space Center in Goheung, South Jeolla Province.

The rocket is expected to be launched on June ninth.
