The Asia Pacific Organization for Cancer Control will set up next week an office at the National Cancer Center in the northern Seoul suburb of Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.

The Asia Pacific center's headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand, says it will open the office in Goyang's Ilsan district.

The Asia Pacific center was set up in 2002. The organization comprises cancer prevention experts in the region and is the largest academic organization in Asia.
