Korea’s wheelchair curling team is now in third place in the standings after a close match against the Canadian team at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Paralympics.

The Korean team fought hard but came up short against the powerhouse Canadian team, losing 6-4.

As a result, the Korean team, with a record of 5-3, now sits in third place after Canada and the U.S.

Korea has its last preliminary match against the fifth-placed German team on Friday, Korean time.

If Korea beats Germany on Friday or if Germany loses to Sweden, Korea will advance to the quarterfinals.
