A congratulatory gala to welcome home Team Korea from the Vancouver Winter Olympics was held at City Hall plaza Sunday evening.

Forty-five national athletes --- including speed and short track skaters Lee Sang-hwa, Mo Tae-bum and Sung Si-bak --- attended the festival. Figure skating gold-medal winner Kim Yu-na, meanwhile, is in training in Canada.

A number of performers were on tap for the event, including Girls' Generation, 2PM, Insooni and Kim Jang-hoon.

Korea finished the Olympics with six golds, six silvers and two bronze.
