Korea Beats Ivory Coast 2-0 in Friendly

The South Korean national football team beat the Ivory Coast 2-0 in a friendly in London on Wednesday, 100 days before the World Cup kicks off in South Africa.

Lee Dong-kook scored a goal just four minutes in, and defender Kwak Tae-hwi nailed in a header in the closing seconds of the game to seal the victory.

Meanwhile, Greece, which has been placed in the same group as South Korea for the World Cup, lost 2-0 in a friendly against Senegal.

Korea's coach Huh Jung-moo will announce the national team's final roster for the World Cup in early May.
