Judoka Kim Jae-bum has won gold in the 81-kilogram class at the Grand Prix Düsseldorf judo championship in Germany.

Kim beat Euan Burton of the United Kingdom in the men's 81-kilogram final on Monday, Korea time.

Korea's Song Dae-nam, also in the same weight category, lost to Kim in the semifinal but was able to finish in a two-way tie for bronze with Poland’s Robert Krawcyzk.
