The Korea Institute of Science and Technology Evaluation and Planning has chosen ten technologies that it says will have remarkable effects on everyday life within the next ten years.

The technologies include a robotic helper for hospital patients, a multipurpose vaccine, a wearable computer, a remote health management system, a 3-D video device and wireless power supply technology.

The institute predicts that among them, the 3-D video device and wireless power supply technology will be the first to go commercial.
