The nation's largest communications service provider will launch another satellite in June.

KT plans to launch the satellite Mugunghwa-Six from a space center in Guyana on the northern coast of South America into a geostationary orbit 36-thousand kilometers above the earth.

The new satellite, which will replace the current Mugunghwa-Three, is expected to allow both South and North Korea to enjoy high-definition satellite broadcasting.
