Michelle Wie has earned her first win on the LPGA Tour, closing with a three-under 69 on the final day of play Sunday at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational held in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The 20-year-old finished with a score of 13-under 275, two strokes ahead of fellow American Paula Creamer of the U.S.

South Korea’s Shin Ji-yai came in tied at third with a ten-under 278 and Mexico's Lorena Ochoa finished tied at sixth.

Wie passed the Qualifying School and officially entered the LPGA tour this year. Her parents are both natives of South Korea.
