Park to Begin 400-meter Quest in Rome

Swimming sensation Park Tae-hwan will compete in the preliminary of the 400-meter freestyle in the World Swimming Championships in Rome Sunday.

He will swim in the fourth land of Group Ten against competitors such as Peter Vanderkaay of the United States.

If Park qualifies, he will vie for a medal in the final Monday.

KBS2 will broadcast the Sunday preliminary from 4 p.m.
