Golfer Ji Wins US Women's Open

South Korean golfer Ji Eun-hee finished with three birdies over the final six holes Sunday to grab the U.S. Women's Open title, the most prestigious of the LPGA tour.

She finished one stroke ahead of second-place finisher Candie Kung at an even-par 284 in the final round in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Sunday’s victory mark’s Ji’s second career LPGA title and the season's first major win by a South Korean. It was also the second-straight year that a Korean has won the U.S. Women’s Open.

Five Koreans finished in the top ten, including Kim In-Kyung in third place and Choi Na-yeon, Bae Kyeong-eun and Park Hee-young all finishing in a tie for ninth.
