The Korean netizens denounced Ohno for making what they called "Hollywood gesture" as if he had been blocked unfairly when he realized he could not overtake Kim Dong-sung. They also called for strong action to get what they think was an apparent misjudgement overturned ... saying Kim was robbed of his gold medal. A Seoul citizen criticized the misjudgement on an internet bulletin board calling the Winter Games "an axis of evil" Olympics.
