South Korea's Olympic team is filing a law suit against referees of the 15 hundred meter men's short track speed skating event. Korean officials employed a law firm in Salt Lake city while appealing to the International Olympic Committee and the Court of Arbitration for Sport about the race result. South Korea is also considering boycotting the closing ceremony of the Winter Games unless its demand is addressed. But the International Skating Union rejected the Korean protest. Kim Dong-Sung crossed the line first but was disqualified for allegedly impeding American Apolo Anton Ohno, who was awarded the gold medal. South Korea insists the Korean skater did nothing wrong and should be awarded the gold.
