North Korea’s national soccer team is planning to come to South Korea for the final Asian qualifying match for the 2010 World Cup.

The Korea Football Association in Seoul said Thursday that North Korea notified the South through an unofficial channel that it will head to Seoul for the qualifier slated for April first.

The match will be only the second inter-Korean game ever played in Seoul.

South Korea currently holds the top spot in Asia’s Group B with eight points, while North Korea ranks second with seven points.
