The sixth Winter Korea National Sports Games for the Disabled opened on Tuesday in Gangwon Province for a four-day run.

About 600 players from 16 cities and provinces will compete for medals in four events.

The organizing committee invited delegations from five Asian countries, including Vietnam, to the domestic event as part of efforts to enhance diplomatic ties through sports.
