A Korean naval officer has been included on the Marquis Who’s Who list, one of the world’s most renowned databases for biographies.

Lieutenant Commander Choi Chang-mook, an instructor at Korea Naval Academy, was listed in the 2009 edition of the Marquis Who's Who for his achievements in sea navigation research.

Choi has published research papers in eleven international scientific journals and has participated in over ten international conferences.
