S.Korea Adds 1 Silver, 2 Bronze

South Korea has added one silver and two bronze to its medal total during the women’s individual archery competition and judo event.

On the sixth day of competition on Thursday, Park Sung-hyun settled for the silver when she was narrowly beaten by China’s Zhang Juanjuan by the score of 110-to-109.

Fellow South Korean Yun Ok-hee won the bronze medal, beating out North Korea’s Kwon Eun-sil.

In the women's under-78 kilogram judo event, South Korea's Jeong Gyeong-mi also won a bronze medal, beating Brazil's Edinanci Silva.

South Korea ranks third in total medal standings with six golds.
