The Beijing Summer Olympics are less than a month away, and Korea's customs authorities are easing clearance procedures for foreign athletes coming to Korea to train.

The Korea Customs Service will reduce customs clearance procedures for foreign sports delegations at the country's seven major airports offering international flights.

Korea will send a delegation of 380 athletes to Beijing. A total of 1,480 foreign athletes will come to Korea to train before going to China. Thus customs officials will seek to speed up clearance for the foreign athletes.
